26rh BaltPharm Forum will consist of two main parts - the National conference in Latvian for Latvian pharmacy specialists on April 24 and the International conference in English on April 25 where pharmacy specialists from all three Baltic countries as well as guests are welcome to participate.

The international part of the BaltPharm Forum will start on Friday evening, April 24, with participant arrival at the hotel. Please note, that there will not be a Welcome reception this year but we encourage you instead to use this previous evening and free time to check in the hotel, use the hotel SPA, walk around our beautiful Jūrmala city, visit the seashore or dine at any of the city restaurants. Or you can have a quiet night in at the hotel after a long journey to prepare for the conference day on April 25.
Saturday, April 22, will be the main Forum work day which will conclude with a Gala Dinner. On Sunday, April 26, after breakfast all BaltPharm Forum participants will have an option to either use the hotel SPA center or take part in an excursion.

During the main Conference day on April 25 we will hear presentations from institutions responsible for the development of pharmaceutical and pharmacy services of all three Baltic countries. 
Mikołaj Konstanty - the president of the PGEU (The Pharmaceutical Group of the European Union) - has also confirmed his participation. In the evening, two parallel sessions will be held – one dedicated to Artificial Intelligence and it’s potential applications in healthcare, especially in pharmacies and in provision of pharmaceutical service, and the other session dedicated to the history of Pharmacists Associations in the Baltic countries. During the conference, a student scientific poster session will be held as well and the best posters will be avarded. The main BaltPharm Forum day will be concluded by the traditional Gala dinner event.

For students

The Forum conference on April 25 will include viewing and evaluation of student stand reports.
Up to 5 university students - studying to become pharmacists, working on their master’s thesis or PhD - from each of the Baltic countries will have a chance to participate in this year’s Forum with their scientific posters. All posters will be evaluated by a jury and the best posters will be awarded.
Students have to register their participation by March 9, abstracts need to be submitted by March 23.

Students have to be next to their posters on April 25 at 12.30 (before going to lunch) for a short Q&A with the evaluation committee
